The early years are crucial for a child’s future success—both in school and later in life. At this stage, children are naturally curious, eager, and ready to learn.
At KIBS, we nurture this curiosity without overwhelming them. True learning should inspire joy and confidence. Through multi-sensory lessons and hands-on activities, children explore the world with all their senses.
We also foster independent thinking, empathy, and social skills, helping children develop strategies for conflict resolution, as well as tolerance and respect for others.
Staff and environment
Our Daycare team is highly trained and passionate about caring for the youngest members of KIBS in a safe, loving environment. Through our bilingual approach, even our youngest children are encouraged to understand and communicate in both English and German.

Our staff actively play and interact with each child, providing individual attention to support early development milestones in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Rituals, recurring activities, and a relaxed atmosphere help children feel secure and supported.
Early Stimulation Program
KIBS is also a pioneer in implementing the Early Stimulation program from the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential. This program engages all five senses, fostering development through exploration and rich, hands-on learning experiences.
